TWEAK is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily and promotes apoptosis in a cell-type specific manner via interaction with its receptor, TWEAKR. It also modulates endothelial cell growth and migration. TWEAK is produced by leukocytes, and exists as both a transmembrane and a secreted soluble form. Provided as 25 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
