  • Thermo Scientific RIPA Lysis and Extraction Buffer is a high-quality, ready-to-use RIPA buffer that effectively lyses and extracts protein from cultured mammalian cells, including plated cells and pelleted suspension cells. The popular reagent enables the extraction of membrane, nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins and is compatible with many applications, including reporter assays, immunoassays and protein purification
  • Thermo Scientific Halt Protease Inhibitor Cocktail with RIPA buffer, added before use, protects proteins from proteolytic degradation through inhibition of serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartic acid proteases, and aminopeptidases that are typically present in cell lysate samples
  • The Thermo Scientific Pierce Rapid Gold BCA Protein Assay Kit is a two-component, high-precision, detergent-compatible assay optimized to measure (at 480nm) total protein concentration compared to a protein standard curve of known concentrations. The Pierce Rapid Gold BCA Protein Assay uses the same copper-chelating technology as the well-known traditional Pierce BCA Protein Assay and provides comparable accuracy but with a 5 minute, room temperature incubation. This improvement eliminates the need to wait or expose the samples to elevated temperatures for a fast time to results
