Deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP) is a deoxynucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) that is chemically similar to uridine triphosphate(UTP) except that it has a deoxyribose sugar instead of a ribose sugar. It can be used in PCR, RT, qPCR, RT-qPCR, NGS and other molecular biology experiments. The concentration of this product is 100 mM, diluted with ultrapure water as a sodiumsalt at pH 7.5.
