The mRNA-seq Lib Prep Module for Illumina(R) kits provides a method for generating non-directional (non-strand-specific) RNA library that are compatible with the Illumina sequencing platform. The kit contains all of the enzymes and buffers for the First Strand Synthesis Module, Second Synthesis Module, and DNA Lib Prep Module. Its Compatible with Poly(A) mRNA Purification Module（RK20341）, rRNA Depletion module (H/M/R)（RK20348）and multiplexing adaptors and primers. The kit is applicable to animal, plant, and eukaryote (e.g., fungi) total RNA templates as well as the isolated and purified mRNA templates. The recommended total RNA input is 100 ng-1 μg.
