The Lyophilization One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit is a ready-to-use, freeze-dried reagent for probe-based RT-qPCR, compatible with lyophilized powder or microspheres. It integrates ABScript III Reverse Transcriptase, hot-start Taq polymerase, heat-labile UDG, and RNase inhibitor for efficient one-tube reactions, boosting throughput. The dUTP/UDG system prevents contamination, with UDG degrading at 50°C to avoid interference. Stable at 45°C for 6 months, it contains <0.2% glycerol and lyoprotectants for long-term performance.
