TruePol 2X PCR Mix for NGS is a premixed solution derived from polymerase of the B family. It is easy to use, containing DNA polymerase, buffer, Mg2+, and dNTPs. For amplification, simply add DNA template, primers, and water to the system for amplification. This polymerase comes from a unique polymerase mutation library, offering strong extension capabilities that improve yield and specificity without significant GC bias. It has 5-3 continuous synthesis activity and 3-5 exonuclease activity, resulting in blunt-end amplification products. All batches of TruePol Mix undergo rigorous quality control to ensure the consistent performance of each batch of reagent.
