RM-1 is a cell line with fibroblast-like morphology that was isolated from the prostate of a 17-day-old mouse. 17-day-old urogenital sinus cells of C57BL/6 embryos were infected with Zipras/myc9 retrovirus and grafted under the renal capsule of isogenic adult male mice. It was deposited by Baylor College of Medicine.
