Murine CCL25 is a cytokine protein expressed by thymic stromal cells, and is believed to play a role in the development of T cells. CCL25 is a chemotactic for thymocytes, activated macrophages, and dendritic cells. Binds to and acts as an agonist for the chemokine receptor, CCR9. Provided as 25 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
