Murine CCL19 chemoattracts naïve T cells and maturing dendritic cells into the T zones of secondary lymphoid organs. CCL19 controls the cytoarchitecture, rate of endocytosis, survival, apoptosis, migratory speed, and maturation of dendritic cells by binding to the chemokine receptor, CCR7. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
