Cells that express the surface antigen that is recognized by the mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody are targeted for magnetic separation using EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ and the EasySep™ Magnet. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit (Catalog #18099).
