As a result of Glycosylation, the protein migrates as 79-104 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 158-208 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).;Immobilized Anti-Human ROR1 MAb at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human ROR1, Fc,Avitag (Cat.
