This dike is designed for rapid emergency spill response on asphalt and other rough surfaces. Its construction features a tear-resistant top layer and a super-tacky bottom layer that conforms to surface irregularities, filling in cracks to establish a liquid-tight, secure seal. The unit confines and diverts hazardous or non-hazardous fluids without absorption, simplifying cleanup and reclamation efforts. It remains effective within a temperature range of 0°F to 160°F and can withstand liquid exposure up to 225°F for a maximum of 30 minutes.
