Cell Biolabs’ RhoA Activation Assay Kit provides a simple and fast tool to monitor the activation of RhoA. The kit utilizes easily identifiable Rhotekin RBD Agarose beads (pink in color) to selectively isolate and pull-down the active form of Rho from purified samples or endogenous lysates. Subsequently, the precipitated GTP-Rho is detected by western blot analysis using an Anti-RhoA specific antibody. Each kit includes an Immunoblot Positive Control and provides sufficient quantities to perform 20 assays.
