Ready-to-use basal medium that supports cell growth in research and biomanufacturing cell culture processes.

RPMI (Roswell Park Memorial Institute) 1640 Medium was originally developed to culture human leukemic cells. When supplemented with serum or a serum replacement, RPMI can be used with many cell types including human lymphocytes, Jurkat cells, HeLa cells, hybridomas and carcinomas.

This RPMI 1640 is modified with:
