RPMI 1640 Medium Modified w/ L-Glutamine w/o Phenol Red & Biotin is a cell culture medium used for the growth of human normal and neoplastic cells. This formulation does not contain phenol red or biotin. It is HEPES and sodium bicarbonate buffered and contains L-glutamine. RPMI 1640 medium is recommended for lymphoblasts, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and various other cells. This product is sterile, suitable for cell culture use, and manufactured under cGMP guidelines.
