Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Human Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The 1-155-2 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes human immunoglobulin lambda light chains (Igλ). It binds to immunoglobulins bearing Igλ as well as free Igλ in serum, but not to Igκ or immunoglobulin heavy chains. The antibody is conjugated with BD Horizon RealRed 688 (RR688) Dye, a small organic fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 669 nm and an emission maximum at 688 nm, designed for detection on spectral cytometers and excited by the Red laser (627-640 nm).
