Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Mouse Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The DS-1 antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgM of Igh-C[a] and related haplotypes (e.g., BALB/c, C58, CBA, C3H/Bi, C3H/He, DBA/1, DBA/2). It does not react with IgM of Igh-C[b], Igh-C[e], or related haplotypes (e.g., C57BL, SJL, A, AKR, NZB). DS-1 antibody does not react with free μ heavy chain in vitro or in the cytoplasm of pre-B lymphocytes, which lack Ig light chain. It has not been shown to stimulate B-cell proliferation. The BD Horizon RealRedTM 688 (RR688) Dye is part of the BD red family of dyes. It is a small organic fluorochrome with an excitation maximum (Ex Max) at 669 nm and an emission maximum (Em Max) at 688 nm. Driven by BD innovation, RR688 is designed for detection on spectral cytometers and to be excited by the Red laser (627-640 nm). Given its unique emission max, RR688 can be used on a spectral instrument in combination with APC and either R718 or Alexa Fluor 700. Please ensure that your instrument's configurations (lasers and optical filters) are appropriate for this dye.
