Description

Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The B46-5 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes rat Igs bearing a λ light chain. It does not react with rat Ig κ light chain or heavy chains, nor with rabbit, hamster, guinea pig, or human immunoglobulins. In some cases, it may cross-react with rat IgE κ isotype antibodies. The BD Horizon RealRed 688 (RR688) Dye is a small organic fluorochrome with an excitation maximum (Ex Max) at 669 nm and an emission maximum (Em Max) at 688 nm. RR688 is designed for detection on spectral cytometers and to be excited by the Red laser (627-640 nm). It can be used on a spectral instrument in combination with APC and either R718 or Alexa Fluor 700.
