Description

Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

Monoclonal antibody G28-5 specifically reacts with rat IgG1 and IgG2a, not with other Ig isotypes. Developed using pooled rat IgG1. Conjugated with BD Horizon RealRed 688 (RR688) dye, a small organic fluorochrome with Ex Max at 669 nm and Em Max at 688 nm. Designed for detection on spectral cytometers and excited by the Red laser (627-640 nm).
