This VECTASTAIN Elite ABC-HRP Kit (Peroxidase, Anti-Mouse, Anti-Rabbit IgG) Ready-to-Use Kit includes a stabilized ready-to-use formulation of the VECTASTAIN Elite Avidin/Biotin-HRP complex, a small, highly active avidin/biotin-HRP complex that offers superior target access and sensitivity. Typical sensitivity is 5X higher than the original ABC kits. The kit includes a 50 ml ready-to-use mixture of biotinylated, affinity-purified horse anti-mouse and anti-rabbit IgG antibodies, 50 ml of ready-to-use universal, biotinylated anti-mouse/anti rabbit Elite ABC Reagent and 50 ml 2.5% ml normal horse serum.
