The Micro 100 Runner Cutter is a carbide end mill designed for high-speed machining of aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous metals. It has a 16mm diameter, is available in multiple lengths from 25mm to 150mm, and features a TiAlN coating for heat and wear resistance. The 4-flute design provides good chip evacuation while the variable helix flutes reduce vibration and chatter. Recommended speeds and feeds range from 12,000-18,000 RPM and 0.004-0.012 IPR depending on cutter diameter and material. It can produce excellent surface finishes thanks to its sharp cutting edges and polished flutes. This is an excellent choice for efficient roughing and finishing in non-ferrous metals.
