The Micro 100 Runner Cutter Carbide is a high-performance end mill designed for high-speed machining of aluminum, brass, copper, and other non-ferrous metals. This 1/4" diameter, 2-flute end mill features a TiAlN coating for heat resistance and lubricity. With a length of cut of 1", this tool can make both axial and radial cuts. The helix and rake angles are optimized for efficient chip evacuation when milling non-ferrous materials. The Micro 100 Runner provides accurate dimensions and excellent surface finishes at feed rates up to 80 IPM.
