The Micro 100 Runner Cutter Carbide 16T424 is a carbide end mill designed for high-speed machining of aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, plastics, and other non-ferrous materials. It has a 1/4" shank diameter, 1/2" cutter diameter, 2" overall length, and 16 teeth. The helical flute design provides efficient chip evacuation. It is made of micrograin carbide for wear resistance and heat dissipation. Recommended speed is 20,000 RPM with .004"-.012" chip load per tooth. It can be used for slotting, profiling, contouring, and chamfering in CNC milling applications.
