Two-stage, oil-sealed rotary-vane design gives reliable mechanical vacuum performance suited for Lyovapor freeze dryers.

  • High pumping speed: 7.0 m3/h (approximately 4.1 ft3/min) at 60 Hz
  • Ultimate vacuum: down toapproximately 1.5 x 10-3 Torr (approximately 2.0 x 10-3 mbar) under standard conditions
  • Adjustable/vapour-friendly operation: two-position gas-ballast option (gas ballast I/II) — helps pump condensable vapours and handle water vapour loads
  • Excellent vapour and particulate handling — suitable for wet-vacuum or vapour-rich processes (e.g. freeze-drying, distillation, filtration)
  • Fast-acting automatic inlet valve — 'anti-suck back' protection to prevent oil or contaminants from being drawn back into the vacuum system when it stops
  • Quiet operation — noise level around 48 dB(A) at 50 Hz, making it more suitable for laboratory/benchtop environments
  • Compact and robust build — inlet/outlet flanges are NW25; compact footprint for lab or small-system use
  • Designed for easy maintenance — oil level sight glass, straightforward oil fill/drain plugs, and general design for minimal unplanned downtime.
