Description

Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The G28-5 monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with rat IgG1 and IgG2a, but not with other Ig isotypes. It uses the BD Horizon RealYellowTM 655 (RY655) Dye, a yellow-green tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 557 nm and an emission maximum at 654 nm. RY655 can be used on both spectral and conventional cytometers and is designed to be excited by the Yellow-Green laser (561-nm).
