Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Syrian Hamster Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

Reacts specifically with Syrian hamster IgG2 monoclonal antibodies, does not react with other hamster IgG groups or hamster IgM. Features BD Horizon RealYellow 655 (RY655) Dye, a tandem fluorochrome with excitation maximum at 557 nm and emission maximum at 654 nm. Usable on spectral and conventional cytometers, designed for excitation by Yellow-Green laser (561 nm). Can be used as an alternative to PE-Cy5 on conventional instruments with an optical filter centered near 660 nm. Usable with RB670 on conventional and spectral instruments equipped with Blue (488 nm) and Yellow-Green (561 nm) lasers.
