Rat Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Mouse Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The II/41 clone reacts specifically with mouse IgM of Igh-C[a] and Igh-C[b] haplotypes. It does not react with other Ig isotypes and has been reported not to stimulate B-cell proliferation. The BD Horizon RealYellow 655 (RY655) Dye is a tandem fluorochrome from the BD family of yellow-green dyes. It has an excitation maximum (Ex Max) at 557 nm and an emission maximum (Em Max) at 654 nm. RY655 can be used on both spectral and conventional cytometers and is designed to be excited by the Yellow-Green laser (561-nm). For conventional instruments equipped with a Yellow-Green laser (561-nm), RY655 can be used as an alternative to PE-Cy5 and an optical filter centered near 660 nm (e.g., a 660/30-nm or 670/30-nm bandpass filter) is recommended. For conventional and spectral instruments equipped with both a Blue (488-nm) and Yellow-Green (561-nm) laser and appropriate detectors, it can be used in conjunction with RB670.
