Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Human Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

Recognizes the constant region of human Immunoglobulin E (IgE); does not cross-react with other immunoglobulin heavy chain isotypes. Conjugated with BD Horizon RealYellow 743 (RY743) Dye, a tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 557 nm and an emission maximum at 743 nm. Optimized for detection on spectral cytometers and designed to be excited by the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm).
