Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Human Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The HP6050 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) subclass IgG3. This antibody binds to the hinge region of the IgG3 heavy chain and does not cross-react with other immunoglobulin heavy chain subclasses. IgG3 is typically expressed by plasmablasts, plasma cells, memory (IgG3 class-switched) B cells, and some myeloma or plasmacytoma cells. HP6050 can bind to soluble human IgG3, cytophilic IgG3 attached to Fc receptor-positive cells, or human IgG3 antibodies specifically bound to antigens. Human IgG3 performs various functions, including antibody-dependent neutralization of toxins or microbial infections, opsonization for phagocytosis, efficient complement fixation, and cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
