Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

Reacts with rat IgM monomers and pentamers, but not with other Ig isotypes. Optimized for detection on spectral cytometers with excitation by the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm) and minimal excitation by the Blue laser (488 nm). Excitation maximum at 557 nm and emission maximum at 743 nm.
