Description

Rat Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Mouse Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The R26-46 antibody reacts specifically with mouse Igs bearing λ1, λ2, or λ3 light chains. It does not react with κ light chain or heavy chain. Detection of surface immunoglobulin on Ig λ chain-secreting hybridoma cells has been demonstrated with R26-46 mAb. The BD Horizon RealYellow 743 (RY743) Dye is a tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 557 nm and an emission maximum at 743 nm. RY743 is optimized for detection on spectral cytometers and designed to be excited by the Yellow-Green laser (561 nm) with minimal excitation by the Blue laser (488 nm).
