Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Human Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

BD Horizon RY775 Mouse Anti-Human IgG is a monoclonal antibody (clone G18-145) that specifically binds to the heavy chain of human immunoglobulin G subclasses: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. It does not react with heavy chains of other human immunoglobulin isotypes. The antibody is conjugated to the RY775 dye, a tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 557 nm and an emission maximum at 775 nm. It is designed for use in Flow Cytometry and is routinely tested for reactivity in human samples.
