The ChemiScreen S1P3 Lysophospholipid Receptor Membrane Preparation is derived from proprietary stable recombinant cells to ensure high levels of S1PR3 surface expression. ChemiScreen membrane preps can be used to screen for GPCR activity using GTPγS assays. Increased GPCR activation levels will lead to higher radioactive signal. Membrane preps contain 1 mL of 1 mg/mL frozen membranes derived from a stably modified clonal cell line which was chosen for optimal receptor expression.
