Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) Deep Fill Mono Plates are designed for the reliable cultivation and detection of fungi, yeasts, and molds in controlled environments such as pharmaceutical cleanrooms, hospitals, and food production facilities. The deep fill 24 mL format provides increased agar volume, supporting extended incubation periods and improved moisture retention during fungal growth studies. SDA is a widely used mycological medium formulated with peptones and dextrose at a low pH to encourage fungal growth while inhibiting most bacterial species. Mono plates are single bagged to reduce contamination risk during storage and handling in controlled environments. Each lot is quality released within 5 days of manufacture after passing strict sterility and performance testing.
