The BarbLock® retainer is designed for retaining flexible tubing and hose onto barbed fittings. It provides full 360° radial crimp and compression over the barb's ridge, addressing leak path problems. Made from high-performance polypropylene (PP) and PVDF resins, these retainers meet USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and/or ISO 10993-5 requirements and do not require adhesives or solvents.
- Compatible with all flexible tubing materials.
- Provides full 360° radial crimp behind the barb and 360° compression directly on the barb's ridge.
- Eliminates the need for solvent bonding, ultraviolet bonding, and toxic adhesives.
