The BarbLock® retainer offers an advanced solution for securing flexible tubing and hose onto barbed fittings. It is engineered with a full 360° radial crimp behind the barb and 360° of compression directly over the barb's ridge, effectively addressing leak path challenges in demanding fluid transfer applications. Constructed from high-performance PVDF resin, BarbLock retainers meet the requirements of USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and ISO 10993-5. The system provides leak-free connections and is quick and easy to assemble, being fully compatible with Pure-Fit® SIB® fittings. PVDF BarbLocks are also gamma stable.
