The BarbLock® retainer is designed for ultra-secure retention of flexible tubing onto barbed fittings. It provides a full 360° radial crimp behind the barb and 360° compression directly over the ridge, solving leak path problems in fluid transfer applications. Constructed from high-performance polypropylene and PVDF resins, these retainers meet USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and/or ISO 10993-5 requirements. They are quick to assemble, compatible with Pure-Fit® SIB® fittings for leak-free connections, and are gamma stable.
