PharMed BPT tubing is a biocompatible thermoplastic peristaltic pump tubing formulated for sensitive bioprocess applications that require extended flex life, low permeability, and broad chemical resistance. It is suitable for cell harvest, media transfer, bioreactor lines, diagnostics, and aseptic filling.

  • 25 ft (7.6 m) package length
  • Opaque cream color
  • Meets USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and ISO 10993-5 biocompatibility
  • Maximum service temperature 275 °F (135 °C); low temperature embrittlement -75 °F (-59 °C)
  • Autoclavable (30 min at 121 °C) and withstands up to 50 kGy gamma radiation
  • Superior flex life compared with silicone; lower gas and vapor permeability
  • Very good general chemical resistance; excellent acid, alkali, and oxidation resistance
  • Recommended for peristaltic pump applications and shear-sensitive fluid transfer
