The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variants which emerged in India (AY.1/AY.2/Delta Plus). ;This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 47.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein, His Tag (Cat. No. NUN-C52Hr) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody, Human IgG1 (Cat.
