Recombinant Protein

It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. It is recommended that sterile water (400 μL) be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV.

CoV diversity is reflected in the variable Spike proteins (S proteins), which have evolved into forms differing in their receptor interactions and their response to various environmental triggers of virus-cell membrane fusion.
