Promotes pluripotency in mouse embryonic stem cells. Glycogen synthase kinase 3 GSK3 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that is inhibited by an assortment of extracellular stimuli such as insulin, growth factors, cell specification factors and cell adhesion.
