ASI Screw-Cap 5mL MacroTubes Alkali Scientific’s MacroTubeª 5mL Centrifuge Tubes are compatible with standard centrifuges and have exceptional clarity. Useful from -86°C to 110°C, these conical-bottom tubes are excellent for boiling and for sample preservation at very low temperatures. They come as gamma sterilized in racked packaging with attached caps or in non-sterile bags with separate caps. Our foam racks are similar to the packaging normally associated with 15mL tubes (upright with caps attached), but they require about 60% less storage space.
