Description

Screw caps are available as hole caps for use with sealing septa.

  • Used for capping water samples in amber glass vial comprising of a polytetrafluoroethylene silicon septum for the analysis of chlorinated volatile organic compounds in water samples using headspace-solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography (HS-SPME-GC).
  • Screw caps (large, opening in top of cap, no septum, thread 8-425) are available as hole caps for use with sealing septa.
  • Polypropylene caps can withstand a maximum temperature of 135°C.
