SDS Protein Gel Loading Solution (2X) is formulated at the traditional 2X stocks for standard volume of sample to be loaded per well. Simply load the gel sample wells and visualize progress of the electrophoresis run by monitoring the location of the blue dye front. Lane Marker Sample Buffers may be used in denaturing gels of all kinds and are compatible with coomassie dye and silver staining techniques.

Applications: SDS Protein Gel Loading Solution, 2X is a convenient and ready-to-use solution for SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blotting.
