Product DescriptionSDS sample loading buffer has a 4X concentration. A 1X concentration contains 50 mM Tris-HCl at a pH value of 6.8, 2% SDS, 10% glycerol, 1% β-mercaptoethanol, 12.5 mM EDTA, and 0.02% bromophenol blue. Use 1X for loading samples onto SDS-polyacrylamide gels.
