Description

Hughes Self-Draining, Floor-Mounted Combination Shower is for use in hot climates to prevent the risk of shock and scalding from standing water overheated by solar radiation

Features:

• Self-draining valve is situated directly above the water inlet and bleed pipe is fitted above this so hot water drains into the ground
• Standpipe only fills with water when the shower is activated and drains once again when valve is closed, preventing stagnant water in the standpipe overheating and removing the risk of further injury to the operator.
• Specially designed, high-performance quarter-turn ball valves made of 316L stainless steel to endure the harshest environments and site conditions
• Low operating torque to open valve offers reliable, easy on/off operation when emergencies occur
• Valve includes an integral, heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate to handle rough operation without failure

• Durable, coated stainless steel shower pull handle with nylon valve connection is easy to grip and activate for immediate water drenching.
• Shower includes a removable, self-draining overhead nozzle designed for high flow rates that meet or exceed ANSI standards.
