The Samplet is then inserted into the Biotage Sfär Duo columns and you are ready to go.Samplets also are used as guard columns for Biotage Sfar C18, Biotage Sfar Bio C18 and Biotage Sfar Bio C4 columns.These Samplets are compatible with 25 to 30 gram columns and contain approximately 3.5 grams of Biotage ISOLUTE HM-N (diatomaceous earth) sorbent material.
