HORIZON DISCOVERY BIOSCIENCES LIMITED siGENOME Non-Targeting Control siRNAs #2 | 5nmol
Supplier: HORIZON DISCOVERY BIOSCIENCES LIMITED D0012100205

siGENOME Non-Targeting Control siRNAs are highly functional, chemically synthesized, and mostly unmodified negative control siRNA duplexes for experiments in human, mouse, and rat cells. siGENOME Non-siGENOME Non-Targeting siRNA #2 targets firefly luciferase mRNA (U47296). These siRNAs can be used either as a non-targeting siRNA in human, mouse or rat cell lines or as a positive silencing control in systems using firefly luciferase as a reporter gene (pGL3 cloning vector, Promega). Targeting Controls were designed to have a minimum of 4 mismatches to all human, mouse and rat genes, and confirmed to have minimal targeting by genomewide microarray analysis. Changes in mRNA or protein levels in cells treated with these controls reflect a baseline cellular response that can be compared to the levels in cells treated with target-specific siRNA.
