The protein migrates as 65-85 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Biotinylated Human Siglec-10, His,Avitag (Cat. No. SI0-H82E3) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate, can bind Anti-Human Siglec-10 MAb, human IgG with a linear range of 0.6-20 ng/mL (QC tested).
