SignalFire™ ECL Reagent is an enhanced chemiluminescent substrate designed for the detection of picogram amounts of protein via western blot analysis. By utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to convert luminol in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, this reagent produces an excited intermediate dianion that emits light upon returning to its ground state. Compared to standard substrates, this system offers enhanced signal robustness and an extended output duration of up to 3 hours.
